The immune system is largely misunderstood. Although its basic medical functions are popularly known, the deeper layers of immune intelligence are supremely important.
The immune system is deeply interwoven with your sense of self identity. The immune intelligence has the job of identifying what is ‘me’ vs. what is not ‘me’. When the sense of ‘me’ is distorted or compromised, the functions of the immune system follow suit. This is the wisdom of the yogis.
You may practice a very powerful kriya* for ‘Vibrating the Immune System’. By powerful I mean not as a ‘Yogi’ with perfect poses, but the powerful science of Yoga activated. You can use it whenever your immune strength is feeling weak, at the first sign of a cold, or anytime for a powerful, pranic reboot!
The meditation at the end of the class can take you into a deep trance-like state where you will consciously elevate the inner identity. From there, all good things occur. Your sense of self is elevated, the magnetic field expands, and radiance shines forth.
Here is a Breath of Aloha ‘Meditation for Radiance and Age Reversal”
Press the elbows tightly into the ribs on each side and bend the forearms up to 45 degrees. Pull the thumbs strongly back so that they point up, allowing the other fingers to relax. Meditate on the Heart Chakra, the road map to love & passion, continue breathing deeply for 5 minutes.
Make the whole area radiant. Reverse the aging process.
*In Kundalini Yoga a kriya is a series of postures, breath, and sound that work toward a specific outcome. Practicing a kriya initiates a sequence of physical and mental changes that affect the body, mind, and spirit simultaneously.
