Melissa is a NASM-Personal Trainer, AFAA Group Instructor, RYT500 and Health Coach from New York, NY. Along with group classes she also offers one-on-one
training and health coaching. Melissa’s approach is to ditch the “all or nothing” attitude to create a sustainable approach to getting and staying fit.
Melissa’s classes include “Sweat,”Shred,” and “Savasana and Squats.”
Tommye Jones – Gentle Yoga
Tommye Jones lives on Maui’s North Shore where he practices and shares the benefits of yoga with those interested in improving their quality of life. As a level one yoga instructor, Tommye’s main focus is on the fundamentals of proper breathing and alignment that allow the body to function well now and in the future. While his classes are Iyengar based, Tommye practices and enjoys Ashtanga yoga as well. Tommye came to yoga out of curiosity. He had low back issues, scoliosis and balance was a concern. For Tommye, the practice is now a way of life that just keeps getting better and better.
Reda Boustani – Baptiste Power Yoga
Reda is a certified Baptiste teacher that leads, creates and builds community wherever he teaches. Using the Baptiste methodology on & off the mat, Reda believes that anyone can attain their potential for a greater purpose in this life. Through his teaching, Reda inspires people to make a difference not just for themselves, but for others.
The personal story of Reda is a journey of adventures, practice, self-discovery and inquiry. It all started in Morocco where remnants of the 70’s colored Reda’s childhood, fascinated by these stories, Reda embarked on a lifelong journey of intimate self-inquiry, deeper inner trust and naturalness of being.

Danielle Richardson – Yoga, Breath & Alignment
Danielle is a 500 hr level yoga instructor, comprehensive stress management consultant, and ecopsychologist. Teaching yoga since 2002, She holds an MA in Transpersonal Ecopsychology from Naropa University in Boulder, Colorado and a BA in Interdisciplinary Studies from the California Institute of Integral Studies. Originally from Santa Cruz, CA., Danielle teaches ecological literacy, contemplative practices, and environmental awareness internationally.
In this practice safety and effectiveness are emphasized. Going at a slower pace, learn basic alignment principles, healthy body mechanics, and interdisciplinary yoga techniques to reduce stress, increase vitality and establish the foundation for personal health and well-being.

Jenn Gladwin – Swim
Jenn Gladwin has been involved in sports (mostly water and a little climbing) for over 10 years. She is certified as a personal trainer for 8 years through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and has worked in outdoor education since her days at University of California, Santa Barbara where she studied health and wellness, outdoor education, rescue medicine and politics. She has been working with kids from infants to high schoolers and teaching for over 15 years. Helping people connect to the water and gain strength and confidence is her life’s work.
