Gentle Yoga with Tommye Jones

Tommye describes his class style as, “… designed to help you on your way towards better health & wellness. The class while Iyengar based has influences from the other great teachers as well. My primary focus is proper breathing and body alignment. I encourage the use of props, holding poses longer verses moving quickly from pose to pose. The class includes standing, seated and reclining postures creating better strength, balance and flexibility.
This class is excellent for beginners and long time practitioners that enjoy a more restorative / therapeutic style of practice bringing the body into balance and reducing stress.”
