Power Vinyasa Flow with Kaelan Wolford
While connecting breath with movement, this Power Vinyasa Flow class will guide you through dynamic sequencing that focuses on strength, flexibility, and balance while listening to uplifting music that will motivate you to push and let go throughout your practice. This class is All Levels and will leave you sweaty and happy.
Kaelan Wolford is an athlete and mother of two, and instantly fell in love with yoga because of its physical and mental benefits as well as it’s spiritual components. In 2014, Kaelan dove deeper into her practice and completed her intensive 200HRYT at Yoga Tree in Marin County, California. After graduating, Kaelan began giving back to her community by teaching at her kids local schools, leading charity events, and working with Athleta, Lululemon, and Iviva to create kid and teen programs within the community. She began teaching at Now Power Yoga in Marin County where she developed a successful teen yoga program and taught daily powerful adult Vinyāsa flow classes with a loyal following. Since moving to Upcountry Maui, Kaelan has continued to connect and teach her students in California via zoom. Kaelan is excited to bring her style of yoga to Maui Country Club and create an environment for students to feel welcome and enjoy the practice in a fun and lighthearted way. Kaelan believes that being at peace with the Now is where you’ll find happiness.
Restorative Yoga with Ariana Hornkohl
Restorative Yoga is a style of yoga that encourages physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. Appropriate for all levels, Restorative Yoga is practiced at a slow pace, focusing on long holds, stillness, and deep breathing. As the name suggests, this style of yoga “restores” the body to its parasympathetic nervous system function, which, in turn, helps the body rest, heal, and restore balance. By allowing time for longer asanas (postures or poses) and deeper breathing, Restorative Yoga helps elicit the relaxation response. This response can help slow breathing, reduce blood pressure, and produce a feeling of calm and increased well-being.
Ariana Hornkohl has been practicing the art and lifestyle of yoga for over 14 years and is a registered yoga teacher (500RYT) with Yoga Alliance. She studied with Jennifer Lynn at Wisdom Flow Yoga in Upcountry Maui. Ariana specializes in vinyasa, hatha, and restorative yoga styles. Her passion for dance, music, and hula bring a moving meditation in rhythm with pranayama to align body and mind. Ariana invites students to drop into the power of breath and movement to awaken the deep layers of potential within.

Daniela specializes in a gentle flow style of yoga that highlights breathing, alignment, and being in tune with yourself and the present moment. She has been a yoga instructor since 2010.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga with Ariana Hornkohl
Vinyasa is derived from the Sanskrit term nyasa, which means “to place” and the prefix Vi, “in a special way”. Vinyasa Yoga teaches us to cultivate an awareness that links each action to the next on the mat and in our lives. Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. Commonly referred to as “flow” yoga, it is sometimes confused with “power yoga”. Vinyasa classes offer a variety of postures and no two classes are ever alike! One of the primary teachings is to align and initiate action from our breath, our life force, as a way of opening to the natural flow in power of prana – the energy that sustains us all on a cellular level.
