The Club’s fitness center has a four-station universal gym, treadmill, elliptical, spin bikes, an incline bench and complete set of dumb bells to help you be in top shape for your favorite sport. Members may visit the fitness center any time the club is open.
A variety of classes are held each week for members and their guests in the Club Ballroom and in the pool. Fitness classes are taught by independent instructors and payment of class fees is due to the instructor in cash at registration. Come 5-10 minutes early, bring a towel and water. Scheduled classes are subject to change without notice, and we apologize for any inconvenience. Check the Club calendar for the most up-to-date information on activities of all kinds.

When you practice and learn a qigong exercise movement, there are both external movements and internal movements. These internal movements or flows in China are called neigong or “internal power”. These internal neigong movements make qigong a superior health and wellness practice.

Meet for a stimulating low impact hour of exercise in the Club pool. Join the group for stretching, strengthening, aerobics and toning. This class is self led by the members and covers a set group of exercises. The pool is heated to 82º for a comfortable workout.
