The Club’s fitness center has a four-station universal gym, treadmill, elliptical, spin bike, an incline bench and complete set of dumb bells to help you be in top shape for your favorite sport. Members may visit the fitness center any time the club is open.
Fitness classes are held each week for members exclusively in the Club Ballroom and in the pool. Reservations are required and payment is by charge to member accounts. Members only. Come 5-10 minutes early, bring a towel and water. Scheduled classes are subject to change without notice, and we apologize for any inconvenience. Check the Club calendar for the most up-to-date information on activities of all kinds.

Gentle Yoga with Tommye Jones
Tommye describes his class style as, “… designed to help you on your way towards better health & wellness. The class while Iyengar based has influences from the other great teachers as well. My primary focus is proper breathing and body alignment. I encourage the use of props and holding poses longer versus moving quickly from pose to pose. The class includes standing, seated and reclining postures creating better strength, balance and flexibility. This 60 minute power flow class is based on Baptiste Yoga. This class will tone, strengthen and rinse your body, clear your mind and leave you with a sense of accomplishment and empowerment. Yoga, Breath & Alignment with Danielle Richardson
Beginners and the flexibility challenged especially encouraged to attend!
Practice yoga asana safely and effectively. Going at a slower pace, learn basic alignment principles, healthy body mechanics, and interdisciplinary yoga techniques to reduce stress, increase vitality and establish the foundation for personal health and well-being.
Danielle Richardson is a 500 hr level yoga instructor, comprehensive stress management consultant, and ecopsychologist. Teaching yoga since 2002, She holds an MA in Transpersonal Ecopsychology from Naropa University in Boulder, Colorado and a BA in Interdisciplinary Studies from the California Institute of Integral Studies. Originally from Santa Cruz, CA., Danielle teaches ecological literacy, contemplative practices, and environmental awareness internationally.

Water Aerobics
Meet for a stimulating low impact hour of exercise in the Club pool. Join the group for stretching, strengthening, aerobics and toning. This class is self led by the members and covers a set group of exercises. The pool is heated to 82º in the cooler months for a comfortable workout.
