Tommye Jones – Gentle Yoga
Tommye Jones lives on Maui’s North Shore where he practices and shares the benefits of yoga with those interested in improving their quality of life. As a level one yoga instructor, Tommye’s main focus is on the fundamentals of proper breathing and alignment that allow the body to function well now and in the future. While his classes are Iyengar based, Tommye practices and enjoys Ashtanga yoga as well. Tommye came to yoga out of curiosity. He had low back issues, scoliosis and balance was a concern. For Tommye, the practice is now a way of life that just keeps getting better and better.
Andrew Kayes – Body Pump
Andrew Kayes has been teaching body pump since March 2014. He is excited to help keep others in shape – challenging members and myself.
Rachelle Kirton – Body Pump
Rachelle Kirton experienced the Les Mills fitness program 13 years ago and committed to be involved in the best group fitness classes in the industry. It was her desire to share a workout that made her feel empowered with others. She has been an instructor for over 10 years with certifications in Body Pump, Body Step and Zumba.
Kelli Kiesel – Body Pump
Kelli Kiesel has been teaching fitness classes for over 13 years. She is certified in various formats, a Beachbody Coach and personal trainer. She encourages everyone to #livetheFITlife
Bill Keele – Somatic Movement
Bill Keele is a Certified Somatics Educator, Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Vini-Yoga Teacher, Certified Pilates Mat Teacher, and has studied Applied Kinesiology and Osteopathy, and has taught Biomechanics and Postural Assessment.
Jennifer Lynn – Wisdom Flow Yoga
Optimal Alignment, Core Strength & Dynamic Yoga Flow…Jennifer Lynn has been practicing yoga since 1997 and instructing for over 10 years. Her experience is that yoga is a never ending awakening of deeper levels of personal potential in the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual realms. Her classes incorporate spinal wave-like movements and intentional transitions with the universal principles of alignment from Anusara Yoga.
Sammy Seriani – Yoga
I am a very devoted yoga student and my love for yoga keeps me coming to the mat every day. I study two schools of yoga: Ashtanga and Iyengar; and employ both methods depending on student needs. I am Yoga Alliance certified and insured. The North Shore of Maui is my home, and every student that comes to practice is treated as part of my ohana (family). I look forward to learning with you. Jenn Gladwin has been involved in sports (mostly water and a little climbing) for over 10 years. She is certified as a personal trainer for 8 years through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and has worked in outdoor education since her days at University of California, Santa Barbara where she studied health and wellness, outdoor education, rescue medicine and politics. She has been working with kids from infants to high schoolers and teaching for over 15 years. Helping people connect to the water and gain strength and confidence is her life’s work.
